How to use
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed, with or without food. Swallow the capsule or tablet whole with water. If you are taking more than one dose, take them on the days your doctor advises.
How it works
Fluconazole blocks an enzyme fungi need to make ergosterol, an important part of their cell walls. Without it, the fungus cannot grow.
Safety advice

No direct interaction is known, but alcohol can add to stress on the liver. Limit alcohol.
Pregnancy Unsafe
It should be avoided in pregnancy unless a doctor decides it is essential, because of possible harm to the baby. Tell your doctor if you are or may be pregnant.

Breastfeeding is usually considered acceptable after a single standard dose, but repeated or high doses are not recommended. Ask your doctor.
Driving Caution
It can occasionally cause dizziness. Do not drive if you feel affected.
