This policy explains how Asthra Pharmacy delivers medicines and health products, and how Asthra Lab collects samples from your home.
1. Where we deliver
- Asthra Devanahalli: Devanahalli and surrounding areas of Bengaluru Rural.
- Asthra - Amaha Mental Health Hospital: the hospital and nearby areas of RK Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru.
- Asthra Chittoor: Chittoor town and nearby areas.
If your address is outside a branch's delivery area, we will tell you when we confirm your order and offer store pickup where possible.
2. Delivery options and timelines
- Instant delivery: within 1 hour of order confirmation.
- Express delivery: within 4–6 hours of order confirmation.
- Standard delivery: within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Asthra Pharmacy accepts orders 24/7. Timelines start once we confirm your order and verify your prescription. They are estimates and depend on stock, distance, traffic and weather. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you the expected time or offer an alternative with your consent.
3. Delivery charges
Home delivery of medicines is free within each branch's delivery area. If a charge ever applies (for example for a special request or an address outside the area), we will tell you before confirming the order.
4. At delivery
- Please check the products, quantity, batch and expiry date in front of the delivery person, and keep your invoice.
- For prescription medicines, our delivery person may ask to see the original prescription.
- Medicines are handed over only to an adult (18+) at the delivery address.
- Pay by cash, UPI or card as confirmed at the time of order. You will receive an invoice for every order.
5. Unsuccessful delivery
If we cannot reach you or no one is available at the address, we will call you to arrange another time. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts may be cancelled, and any amount paid will be refunded.
6. Cold-chain and special items
Temperature-sensitive medicines (such as insulin and some injections) are packed to maintain the required temperature. Some controlled medicines may need to be collected in person at the branch, as required by law.
7. Home sample collection (Asthra Lab)
- Free home sample collection is available in and around Devanahalli. Book by phone, WhatsApp or the Website, and choose a convenient time.
- Our trained staff will follow the preparation you were given (for example, fasting) and collect samples using sterile, single-use equipment.
- Reports are shared with you on WhatsApp or email, and printed copies are available at the centre.
8. Damaged, missing or wrong items
If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it as set out in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt.
