About Zerodol-SP Tablet

Zerodol-SP Tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg. This combination is used to relieve pain and swelling, for example after an injury, dental work, surgery or in joint and muscle conditions. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), paracetamol is a pain and fever reliever, and serratiopeptidase is an enzyme. It is usually taken after food for a short time.

  • Pain and swelling after injury, surgery or dental procedures
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Pain and swelling in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

Benefits

It helps ease pain and reduce swelling and stiffness, which can make it easier to move and carry on with daily activities. It is meant for short-term use as advised by your doctor.

Side effects

Most side effects are mild and settle as your body gets used to the medicine. Talk to your doctor if any of them bother you or do not go away.

How to use

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed, usually after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Use it for the shortest time your doctor advises.

How it works

Aceclofenac blocks chemicals called prostaglandins that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol adds pain and fever relief by acting in the brain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that is used with the aim of reducing swelling.

Safety advice

Alcohol Unsafe

Avoid alcohol. It increases the risk of stomach bleeding and liver harm.

Pregnancy Unsafe

Not recommended in pregnancy and must not be used in the last 3 months, as NSAIDs can harm the baby. Talk to your doctor.

Breastfeeding Consult your doctor

Ask your doctor before using it while breastfeeding.

Driving Caution

It may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Do not drive if you feel affected.

Kidney Caution

Use with caution in kidney disease. It should not be used in severe kidney disease.

Liver Caution

Use with caution in liver disease. It should not be used in severe liver disease.

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not take two doses together.

  • Do not take other painkillers that contain an NSAID or paracetamol at the same time unless your doctor says so.
  • Drink enough water while taking it.
